Common use of Other Eligible Support and Other Posted Support Clause in Contracts

Other Eligible Support and Other Posted Support. (i) Value" with respect to Other Eligible Support and Other Posted Support at any time means: (1) With respect to any Letter of Credit meeting the criteria set forth in Paragraph 13(b)(iii)(A), the amount then available to be drawn by the Secured Party under the Letter of Credit; provided, that the Value of the Letter of Credit shall be zero from and after the occurrence of a Letter of Credit Termination Event as defined below or an Event of Default as specified under Paragraph 7 (iv) or (v).
