Other Events of Employment Termination. If the Company terminates Executive’s employment with “Cause” or if Executive terminates Executive’s employment for any reason not constituting “Good Reason”, the Company shall have no obligation to Executive, except that the Company shall pay Executive any Accrued Compensation.
