Other Evidence Agent May Require. There shall have been delivered to Agent (with sufficient copies for distribution to all Lenders), in form and substance satisfactory to Agent and its counsel, such other evidence or documents as Agent may reasonably request consistent with the other terms of this Agreement to establish the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby, the taking of all proceedings in connection herewith and compliance with the conditions set forth in this Agreement.
