Common use of Other Evidence Clause in Contracts

Other Evidence. TBI shall have received from KNPC and KNE such further certificates and documents evidencing due action in accordance with this Agreement, including certified copies of proceedings of the Board of Directors and shareholder of KNPC, as TBI reasonably shall request.
