Common use of Other Evidence Clause in Contracts

Other Evidence. Talbot Bancshares shall have delivered to Shore Bancshares such further certificates and documents evidencing due action in accordance with this Plan, including certified copies of all applicable proceedings of stockholders and directors of Talbot Bancshares and Talbot Bank pertaining to the transactions under this Plan, as Shore Bancshares shall reasonably request.
