Other Executive Compensation Plans and Additional Compensation. During your employment, you will be entitled to participate in all of the Group’s executive compensation plans, including any management incentive plans, deferred compensation plans, supplemental retirement plans and stock and stock option plans, on a basis that is at least as favorable as that provided to similarly situated executives of the Group (subject to the provisions of your Schedule). You will also receive any additional compensation provided in your Schedule.
