Common use of Other Executive Obligations Clause in Contracts

Other Executive Obligations. Upon any Termination, the Executive will be deemed to have automatically resigned from all of the Executive’s positions as an officer, director or fiduciary of the Company and its Affiliates, and any and all powers of attorney the Company may have granted the Executive during the Executive’s employment with the Company will be immediately automatically revoked.
