Common use of Other Existing Agreements Clause in Contracts

Other Existing Agreements. Except as specifically set forth in this Agreement, this Agreement shall supersede any right under any other agreement relating to terms of employment between the Company and the Executive existing as of the Agreement Date. (C)

Other Existing Agreements.
