MAYOR’S REPORT. Mayor Xxxxxxx thanked the M-W Garden Club and DPW for their efforts working the last few weeks planting in Crane Park in preparation of Memorial Day to kick-off the summer season. They will continue through fall as the season changes keeping Crane Park attractive with their efforts. Xxxx. Xxxxx, thank you for assisting the girls as needed. Thank you Trustee Xxxxxxx and Trustee Xxxxxxx and all the volunteers on the activity committee for the events planned this year to bring the community together. The concerts are coming up soon. Thank you for all your hard work. The committee is meeting once a month to insure a great time for everyone. Thank You Trustee Xxxxxxx and Deputy Treasurer Xxxxxxx for decorating the gazebo for Memorial Day. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx gave credit to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx for here creativity. She did a great job. Mayor Xxxxxxx met with Xx Xxxxxxxx from Congressman Xxxxxxx’x Office who handles all the grant requests. The Mayor spoke with Xx. Xxxxxxxx with regard to the TAP Grant. We are submitting for funds to revitalize the downtown and Xx. Xxxxxxxx will be giving us a helping hand with the submittal. PUBLIC COMMENT: #PRESENT 6 TIME: 7:40 PM Xxx Xxxxxx asked if the Activities Committee Carnival will be in Crane Park. Trustee Xxxxxxx responded that it was. Xx. Xxxxxx asked if it is going to be a commercial activity. Trustee Xxxxxxx said the event is being contracted out by the Village to raise funds to reinvest back into the park and back to the community. Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Orchard Street, commented that her family home borders the xxxxx on Xxxxxxx Street. Lately, over the past several months, she’s had to call the Police Department because people are hanging out in the xxxxx. Today she called around 4 PM again because there were young adults congregating in the xxxxx. Two weeks ago she called about kids yelling in the xxxxx. A month ago, she called the Police Department just after midnight as it sounded like people talking just outside her bathroom. These xxxxx are very busy. The xxxxx are privately owned. Tax records show the property is owned by Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxx. No maintenance has been done on the property. Xxx. Xxxx has concerns with people hanging out who don’t belong. She has 4 kids that play in the yard. She is hoping the village might ask the owner to address the problem so her family’s safety isn’t compromised. Lt. Xxxxxxx said the Police Department has made multiple arrests in this area due to phone calls. The Police Department has reache...

MAYOR’S REPORT. Mayor Xxxxxx has been meeting with Washington State Department of Transportation and State Legislators to make sure that they are aware of the City of Yelm’s priorities. Mayor Xxxxxx shared a draft of possible committee representatives for both regional entities and internal committees for City Council to review and give Mayor Xxxxxx any feedback on the proposed committee assignments.
MAYOR’S REPORT a. Discussion and possible action regarding a Resolution supporting continued participation in Main Street programs. b. Discussion and possible action regarding awarding $611.11 from Donations and Earmarked Monies Account # 00-000-0000, Donations – Trails (Cherokee) to Mayes County Trails Alliance for their grant writer expense in writing the federal grant, “Safe Streets and Roads for All.” The project identified for this grant is a county-wide Safe Routes to School Plan which will put Mayes County towns, including Xxxxx Creek, in a shovel-ready position to apply for implementation funding in the future. c. Discussion and possible action regarding removing from the table Item 4.a. from the June 21st, 2022 Council meeting. Motion was made by Xxxxxxxxxx, second by Xxxxx to approve removing from the table Item 4.a. from the June 21st, 2022 Council meeting.   • Auditor's Reports Promptly upon receipt thereof, a copy of any other report or “management letter” submitted by independent accountants to any Consolidated Party in connection with any annual, interim or special audit of the books of such Person.

  • Invoice Certification When and if requested by DXC, as a condition precedent to payment thereof, Supplier shall separately certify each invoice as follows: “We certify that contract deliverables listed hereon were produced in compliance with all applicable requirements of Sections 6, 7, and 12 of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, and of regulations and orders of the U.S. Department of Labor issued under Section 14 thereof. We further certify that any and all additional contract deliverables will be produced in compliance with same.”

  • Monthly Report A. A Monthly Report shall be submitted within ten (10) calendar days of the end of each calendar month of the Period of Operation. Each Monthly Report shall be signed, dated, and certified by Concessionaire, Concessionaire’s Bookkeeper, or Accountant, and contain a Statement of Total Gross Receipts, excluding New Jersey State Sales Tax, derived by Concessionaire from operation of the Concession during the previous month. Each Monthly Report shall be based on the daily “Z” tapes or Point-of-Service (POS) device equivalent for that same month showing each day’s sales activity. Failure on the part of Concessionaire to provide the Monthly Report, when due, shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement subject to Suspension of Operations and/or Termination, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 9 and 10. Concessionaire shall provide Department with any additional written clarification and/or information necessary to confirm the accuracy of any or all of Concessionaire’s Monthly Reports. B. The signed, dated and certified Monthly Report must be submitted, in the Department- approved format, within ten (10) calendar days of the end of each calendar month of the Period of Operation.

  • Progress Report By March 1 of each year, ***** will submit a written annual report to Stanford covering the preceding calendar year. The report will include information sufficient to enable Stanford to satisfy reporting requirements of the U.S. Government and for Stanford to ascertain progress by ***** toward meeting this Agreement’s diligence requirements.   • COMPTROLLER’S REPORT ON CHAPTER 313 AGREEMENTS During the term of this Agreement, both Parties shall provide the Comptroller with all information reasonably necessary for the Comptroller to assess performance under this Agreement for the purpose of issuing the Comptroller’s report, as required by Section 313.032 of the TEXAS TAX CODE.

  • Final Report The goal of this subtask is to prepare a comprehensive Final Report that describes the original purpose, approach, results, and conclusions of the work performed under this Agreement. The CAM will review the Final Report, which will be due at least two months before the Agreement end date. When creating the Final Report Outline and the Final Report, the Recipient must use the Style Manual provided by the CAM.

  • Billing Statement The billing statement shall show the work authorization number for each work authorization included in the billing, the total amount earned to the date of submission, and the amount due and payable as of the date of the current billing statement for each work authorization. The billing statement shall indicate if the work has been completed or if the billing is for partial completion of the work. The fixed fee will be paid in proportion to the percentage of work completed per work authorizations.

  • Earnings Statement The Company will make generally available to its security holders as soon as practicable, but in any event not later than 15 months after the end of the Company’s current fiscal quarter, an earnings statement covering a 12-month period that satisfies the provisions of Section 11(a) and Rule 158 of the Securities Act.
