Other Fees, Expenses and Amounts. Upon written direction from the Authority to the Trustee, moneys in the Collection Fund shall be used on any date to pay, when due, any amounts the Authority determines are required by the Higher Education Act to be paid to the Department or borrowers with respect to Financed Eligible Loans the payment of which is not otherwise provided for in this Section, including, without limitation, amounts described in clause (a)(ii) of the definition of Available Funds and amounts with respect to a claims recall or to be used to repurchase Eligible Loans as described in clause (a)(i) of the definition of Available Funds, and, upon satisfaction of the Rating Agency Condition, to pay when due any other fees and expenses with respect to the Trust Estate the payment of which is not otherwise provided for in subsection (c) of this Section, in each case as determined by the Authority.

  • Compensation Expenses (a) In consideration of the foregoing, the Advisor shall pay the Sub-advisor, with respect to the Fund, a fee as specified in Appendix B hereto. Such fees shall be accrued by the Advisor daily and shall be payable monthly in arrears on the first business day of each calendar month for services performed hereunder during the prior calendar month.   • Collection Expenses The Borrower further agrees, subject only to any limitation imposed by applicable law, to pay all expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by the holder of this Note in endeavoring to collect any amounts payable hereunder which are not paid when due.
