Client Membership FeesUpwork offers several membership plans for Clients, which each include access to certain features and services of the Site, as described on the Site here (each plan a “Client Membership Plan”). Current Client Membership Plans are Upwork Basic, Upwork Plus and Upwork Business. Upwork Basic is free and does not require a monthly membership fee.   • User Fees You shall pay all fees specified in all Order Forms hereunder. Except as otherwise specified herein or in an Order Form, (i) fees are quoted and payable in United States dollars, (ii) fees are based on services purchased and not actual usage, (iii) payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable, and (iv) the number of User Subscriptions purchased cannot be decreased during the relevant subscription term stated on the Order Form. User Subscription fees are based on monthly periods that begin on the subscription start date and each monthly anniversary thereof; therefore, fees for User Subscriptions added in the middle of a monthly period will be charged for that full monthly period and the monthly periods remaining in the subscription term.

  • Fees and Billing As a condition of use, Subscriber agrees to pay when due all fees and charges for the service package it purchases including any new or additional services, any Custom Services, and for extensions or renewals of the Service Period (“Fees”). Payments shall be made in accordance with Subscriber’s ordering documents. All Fees are payable without offset or deduction and within thirty days of invoice date. All Fees are non-cancellable and non- refundable for the entirety of the Term, and the number or duration of users, storage, subscriptions, features, usage or other Metric purchased cannot be decreased during the Subscription Term.
