Other Forms of Financing. Nothing herein shall prevent the Authority or the Company from entering into any other mode of financing with respect to any portion of the Project, provided that, without the prior written consent of the Company, the Authority shall not sell, assign, encumber, convey or transfer the Project or any portion thereof.
