OTHER FOUNDING COMPANIES. If any two of the three Founding Companies with the highest revenues for the most recent fiscal year fail or refuse or are otherwise unable or unwilling to consummate the transactions described in the Other Agreements, the Company may terminate this Agreement and all previously delivered stock certificates representing Company Stock shall be returned to the Stockholders.

OTHER FOUNDING COMPANIES. A. Words and terms used in this Addendum which are defined in the captioned Agreement to which this is an Addendum are used herein as therein defined.
OTHER FOUNDING COMPANIES. QSI has reviewed representations and warranties from the Other Founding Companies in the Other Agreements that are substantially similar to those made by the Company and the Shareholders herein.
OTHER FOUNDING COMPANIES. A sufficient number of the transactions contemplated by the Other Agreements with the Other Founding Companies are not consummated for any reason and as a result (i) RV Centers is unable to list the RV Centers Stock on the New York Stock Exchange, the American Exchange or The Nasdaq National Stock Market, subject to official notice of issuance, on or prior to the Closing Date or (ii) the combined revenue of the Founding Companies for which the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Other Agreements are consummated is less than $175 million based on the 12-month period ended December 31, 1998.
