Common use of Other Government Permits Clause in Contracts

Other Government Permits. Developer shall be responsible for applying for and obtaining approvals and permits required by other governmental agencies having jurisdiction over, or providing services to, the Project. To the extent possible, City shall cooperate with Developer in obtaining all such approvals and permits in as timely a manner as possible.

Other Government Permits. At Developer’s sole discretion and in accordance with Developer’s construction schedule, Developer shall apply for such other permits and approvals as may be responsible for applying for and obtaining approvals and permits required by other governmental agencies having jurisdiction overor quasi-governmental entities in connection with the development of, or providing the provision of services to, the Project. To the extent possible, City shall cooperate with Developer in obtaining all its efforts to timely obtain such permits and approvals and shall, from time to time, at the request of Developer, use its best efforts to ensure the timely availability of such permits in as timely a manner as possibleand approvals.
