OTHER GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as precluding the Seller from producing items for direct sale to the Government, utilizing therefore all hardware and/or software, including designs, drawings, engineering data or other technical or proprietary information furnished Seller by Buyer, provided the Government has the unrestricted right to permit the use thereof for such purpose.
