Other Governmental Notices. Promptly and in any event within 10 days after receipt thereof by any Loan Party or Restricted Subsidiary thereof (or by such later date as the Administrative Agent may agree to in its sole discretion), a copy of any notice, summons, citation, or proceeding seeking to modify in any material respect, revoke, or suspend any material contract, license, permit or agreement with any Governmental Authority;
