Other Grants and Credits. The City and RDA, as appropriate and in its sole discretion, may also apply for such other grants and credits in regard to the Project as they shall deem appropriate for the benefit of the Project and as may be required to achieve necessary financing for the Project, provided, however, the City and RDA make no representations or warranties about the availability of such grants and credits or whether any such grants or credits that may be available will be awarded.
