Performance of Other Agreements. Borrower shall observe and perform each and every term, covenant and provision to be observed or performed by Borrower pursuant to the Loan Agreement, any other Loan Document and any other agreement or recorded instrument affecting or pertaining to the Property and any amendments, modifications or changes thereto.
Performance of Other Agreements. Borrower shall observe and perform each and every term to be observed or performed by Borrower pursuant to the terms of any agreement or recorded instrument affecting or pertaining to the Property, or given by Borrower to Lender for the purpose of further securing an Obligation and any amendments, modifications or changes thereto.
Performance of Other Agreements. Mortgagor shall observe and perform each and every term to be observed or performed by Mortgagor pursuant to the terms of any agreement or recorded instrument affecting or pertaining to the Mortgaged Property.
Performance of Other Agreements. Mortgagor shall duly and punctually observe and perform each and every material term, provision, condition, and covenant to be observed or performed by Mortgagor pursuant to the terms of any agreement or recorded instrument (including all instruments comprising the Permitted Encumbrances) affecting or pertaining to the Mortgaged Property, and will not suffer or permit any default or event of default (after giving effect to any applicable notice requirements and cure periods) to exist under any of the foregoing.
Performance of Other Agreements. Each Borrower shall observe and perform in all material respects each and every term to be observed or performed by it pursuant to the terms of any agreement or instrument affecting or pertaining to its Collateral Property, including any Ground Lease affecting such Collateral Property.
Performance of Other Agreements. Grantor shall observe and perform in all respects the terms to be observed or performed by Grantor under any agreement or recorded instrument affecting or pertaining to the Trust Property.
Performance of Other Agreements. Grantor shall observe and perform each and every term, covenant and provision to be observed or performed by Grantor pursuant to the Loan Agreement, any other Loan Document and any other agreement or recorded instrument affecting or pertaining to the Property and any amendments, modifications or changes thereto.
Performance of Other Agreements. Mortgagor shall observe and perform in all respects the terms to be observed or performed by Mortgagor under any agreement or recorded instrument affecting or pertaining to the Mortgaged Property.
Performance of Other Agreements. Trustor shall observe and perform ------------------------------- each and every material term to be observed or performed by Trustor pursuant to the terms of any agreement or recorded instrument affecting or pertaining to the Property.
Performance of Other Agreements. Borrower shall observe and perform in a timely manner each and every obligation to be observed or performed by Borrower pursuant to the terms of any agreement or recorded instrument affecting or pertaining to the Property or used in connection with the operation of the Property (including, without limitation, the Operating Agreements). Without limiting the foregoing, Borrower shall (a) give prompt notice to Lender of any notice received by Borrower with respect to any of the Operating Agreements which alleges a default or nonperformance by Borrower thereunder, together with a complete copy of any such notice; (b) enforce, short of termination, performance of the Operating Agreements to be performed or observed, and (c) not terminate or amend, or waive compliance with, any of the Operating Agreements without Lender's prior written consent, except as may be (i) permitted pursuant to the respective terms thereof or (ii) absent the existence of an Event of Default, done in the ordinary course of business. If the absence of an Operating Agreement that has terminated will have a Material Adverse Effect on the value of the Property, Borrower agrees to enter into a new Operating Agreement in replacement of the terminated Operating Agreement, containing terms and conditions no less favorable to Borrower than the terminated Operating Agreement. Borrower shall notify Lender if Borrower does not replace the terminated Operating Agreement.
