Other Important Notices. I. The walkways (6.1 m walkways) between booth areas must be reserved for evacuation, and may not be used by the Renter for display or any other purpose. Participating vendors are strictly prohibited from campaigning on the walkways. The Renter shall clear crowds that gather for campaigns in booths and obstruct normal passage. Displayed exhibition items or decorations may not occupy any other public walkways. TAITRA may impose on the Renter an additional fee calculated at 1.5 times the venue fee of the area being occupied. Any changes to walkways between booths must be submitted to TAITRA for review and obtain written consent. In addition, obstructions are not allowed within 3 m of the emergency exits. II. The Renter must report and pay taxes to the taxation authorities, with respect to its exhibitions and events. When issuing and selling admission tickets, the names of the exhibition or event, and the names of the organizer and co-organizer, must be clearly marked thereon. III. The Renter shall strictly review participating vendors' eligibility (including company registration and current situation of business) and the contents displayed. The exhibition not matching the theme, false country-of-origin labeling, violating the law, obstructing public order and morals, and displaying counterfeit goods are strictly prohibited. Violators shall bear all legal liabilities and be responsible for compensation. IV. The Renter and participating vendors or employees shall comply with the "Notices on Venue Operations in TAITRA Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1", "Exhibition Manual for TAITRA Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1", and "TAITRA Exhibition Hall Decoration Construction Regulations" when working in the venue. Violations will be handled according to the penal provisions. V. During the lease period, if the Renter causes damages to the exhibition hall or to its equipment therein, the Renter shall return the damaged equipment to their original condition or bear the responsibility of compensation based on the price. The Renter shall bear all legal liabilities (including property and medical compensation) from disasters or casualties caused by the Renter. VI. To maintain order in the exhibition hall, the Renter shall control the number of visitors to ensure the safety and quality of the exhibition. VII. Children under 12 years old or less than 150 cm tall shall not be admitted to maintain the safety and quality of the exhibition. Due to the special nature of some exhibitions, however, this does not apply if the Renter submitted an application in advance, gained approved from TAITRA, paid a children admission management fee, and purchased insurance for the exhibition. If tickets to exhibitions that admit children are sold publicly, please comply with government regulations by providing free admission to children less than 115 cm tall (or under 6 years old) and concession tickets to children taller than 115 cm but less than 150 cm tall (or between 6 and 12 years old). VIII. If participating vendors or decorators need to extend work hours, TAITRA will only accept a formal application from the Renter, and application procedures must be completed before 4:00 P.M. the same day. All overtime venue fees shall be paid by the Renter. IX. If the products of a participating vendor are imported, the vendor must comply with the import procedures of relevant laws and regulations. TAITRA or its affiliated entities shall not be named as the consignee on products imported by the Renter and participating vendors. X. The floor load capacity of the exhibition hall's first floor is 5 metric tons/m2, and the maximum weight of each truck (including the weight of the vehicle itself and the cargo it carries) entering the exhibition hall's first floor is as follows: 20 metric tons for two-axle trucks and 43 metric tons for trucks with more than two axles. To maintain the venue's floor and structural safety, when the weight of a single object displayed (non-mechanical equipment) exceeds the standard above, TAITRA may reject the move-in and display of the object. The Renter shall bear all liabilities and be responsible for compensation if the floor and structure is damaged. The Renter shall require compliance by participating vendors and construction contractors to maintain public safety. XI. To maintain the venue's floor and structural safety, when the weight of a single object displayed (non-mechanical equipment) exceeds the standard above, TAITRA may reject the move-in and display of the object. The Renter shall bear all liabilities and be responsible for compensation if the floor and structure is damaged. The Renter shall require compliance by participating vendors and construction contractors to maintain public safety. XII. Exhibitions should primarily involve the display of products. If an exhibition requires retail sales, the Renter should, in accordance with the rules, complete the "TAITRA Exhibition Hall Participating Vendor Information Form" three days prior to the start of the exhibition period, and attach a list of participating vendors, before sending the vendor form to the National Taxation Bureau of Taipei, Nangang Branch, Ministry of Finance, for tax reporting. XIII. In the event that the Renter plans to set up temporary buildings in the outdoor area of the Exhibition Hall during the leasing period, prior permission from TAITRA is required and the Construction License for the tentative buildings shall be applied for with the Taipei City Government Department of Urban Development, in compliance with applicable regulations. XIV. The Renter shall plan booth locations in accordance with TAITRA's standard floor plan with consideration to fire safety and evacuation routes. Before booths are assigned, the Renter must send the booth floor plan to TAITRA for approval before it may begin assigning booths. If the Renter must change the standard floor plan due to special reasons, it must submit an application in advance and gain approval from TAITRA before assigning booths and carrying out subsequent operations. If constructions during move-in and decorations are not carried out according to the booth floor plan approved by TAITRA, and improvements are not made after being urged to do so, XXXXXX has the right to compulsory removal, and any expenses incurred will be deducted from the security deposit. XV. In accordance with the Taipei Noise Restriction Regulations, grapple truck operations outside the exhibition site must be finished before 10 p.m.

Other Important Notices. I. A. Exhibitors shall not connect power cables to power source without application. Lighting and lighting devices shall be installed by approved contractors following the following regulations. Power supply will be terminated for exhibitors violating the regulations, and the organizer may prohibit any further activities of the exhibitor in the event. When public hazard, equipment and facilities damages, financial losses, or injuries arise from these violations, the exhibitor will be held responsible for all compensations and legal liabilities. B. According to Songshan Cultural and Creative Park bylaws, alcohol (alcoholic beverages), betel nuts or chewing gums, and cigarettes are strictly prohibited in the Park. For image and safety reasons, all workers shall not be shirtless or wear slippers inside the venue. When a person violates this rule, the company of the person will be fined a 10,000 NTD penalty each time the person is found violating the rule.
