Common use of Other Infringement Resolutions Clause in Contracts

Other Infringement Resolutions. In the event of a dispute or potential dispute that has not ripened into a demand, claim or suit of the types described in Sections 8.3 and 8.4 of this Agreement (e.g., actions seeking declaratory judgments and revocation proceedings), the same principles governing control of the resolution of the dispute, consent to settlements of the dispute, and implementation of the settlement of the dispute shall apply.

Other Infringement Resolutions. In the event of a dispute or potential dispute that which has not ripened into a demand, claim or suit of the types described in Sections 8.3 4.2 and 8.4 4.3 of this Agreement (e.g., actions seeking declaratory judgments and revocation proceedings)Agreement, the same principles governing control of the resolution of the dispute, consent to settlements of the dispute, and implementation of the settlement of the dispute shall will apply.
