Common use of Other Insurance against Risks Clause in Contracts

Other Insurance against Risks. The Contractor and all Subcontractors shall purchase, provide and maintain or cause to be purchased, provided and maintained, at no cost to Owner, any other insurance against such risks and in such amounts as Owner may from time to time reasonably require upon not less than thirty (30) days written notice to Contractor, provided that such insurance may be required only for such risks and in such amount as is customarily obtained by prudent owners of comparable facilities, acting reasonably.
