The Crown and Ngāti Hei acknowledge that certain other matters which are the subject of Hauraki Region historical claims have either not yet been discussed in negotiations or require further discussion, and agree to commence/continue those discussions following the signing of this Agreement in Principle Equivalent and other documents through to Deed of Settlement and Settlement Legislation.
