Common use of Other Lease Terms Clause in Contracts

Other Lease Terms. (a) If more than one lessee is named in this Lease, liability is joint and several or, in province of Quebec, joint. You, and any guarantor signing the Order or any documents executed in connection with this Lease, agree to furnish us financial information upon request. Each of these persons authorizes us to obtain credit reports on them now and in the future. (b) You may not assign or sublet the Equipment, the Meter or this Agreement without our prior written consent. Any assignment without our consent is void. We may sell or assign all or part of this Lease or the Equipment but it will not affect your rights or obligations. (c) We will provide you with a welcome letter by email or mail.
