Other Legal Terms. 15.1. No failure or delay by TomTom to exercise any right or remedy provided under this Agreement or by law shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, nor shall it preclude or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy. This Agreement and the Online Registration Form constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes and extinguishes any prior drafts, agreements, undertakings, understandings, promises or conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied between the parties relating to such subject matter. This Agreement may only be amended in a written document signed and executed by the parties.
