Other Licensing Arrangement. The Parties to this Agreement acknowledge that the scope of rights granted to Licensee under the Lilly Patents, Lilly Know-How and Lilly Manufacturing Know-How are limited by and can be no greater than the rights granted to GenuPro under the Lilly Agreement.
