Common use of Other Litigation Related Leave Clause in Contracts

Other Litigation Related Leave. If an employee is required to testify in a lawsuit related to the employee’s employment with the District, the employee will be paid for the time required to testify. If an employee is a plaintiff or defendant in a non- school suit, the employee may use accrued personal leave or if eligible, vacation days, but otherwise will be docked for days missed.
