Common use of Other Local Permits Clause in Contracts

Other Local Permits. Development of the Carolina North Project that is subject to this Agreement is subject to subsequent approval of the Town of the following: (1) Individual site development plans for each discrete building project, including any applicable OWASA review and approval; (2) Building and other applicable construction permits for non-State buildings; and (3) Engineering construction permits for work in Town rights of way.
