Other Loss of Eligibility. Upon the loss of a Subscriber’s eligibility for coverage due to a qualifying event other than termination of employment, coverage for the Subscriber and the Subscriber’s Covered Dependents will terminate on the date of the qualifying event, or the last day of the month for which the monthly Premium was paid and during which the Subscriber was eligible for coverage, as set forth in the Group Master Application.
