Common use of Other Material Changes Clause in Contracts

Other Material Changes. Any other event or condition known to Synagro particularly pertaining to and adversely affecting the operations, assets or business of Synagro which could constitute a material adverse change in the business, assets or financial condition of Synagro, other than events or conditions which are of a general or industry-wide nature and of general public knowledge, or which have been disclosed to the Stockholders in writing.
