Common use of Other Material Events Clause in Contracts

Other Material Events. Other than those permitted under Section 8.13, any (i) suspension, revocation, termination or material adverse modification of any Hydrocarbon License (or any action authorizing or made in furtherance of any such suspension, revocation, termination or material adverse modification), including pursuant to any seizure, compulsory acquisition, expropriation or nationalization by or under the direction of any Governmental Authority or (ii) military, governmental or other occupation of any Borrower’s or any of its Subsidiaries’ oil and gas production facilities in Turkey by force for a period exceeding thirty (30) days; and
