Common use of Other Material Obligations Clause in Contracts

Other Material Obligations. Subject to the expiration of any applicable grace period, default by any Credit Party or any Guarantor in the payment when due, or in the performance or observance of any material obligation of, or condition agreed to by any Credit Party or any Guarantor with respect to any material purchase or lease of goods, securities or services except only to the extent that the existence of any such default is being contested in good faith and by appropriate proceedings and that appropriate reserves have been established with respect thereto.
