Common use of Other Material Real Property Agreements Clause in Contracts

Other Material Real Property Agreements. No Options. There are no material agreements pertaining to the Mortgaged Property, any Building thereon or the operation or maintenance of either thereof other than as described in this Agreement (including the Schedules hereto) or otherwise disclosed in writing to the Agent and the Banks by the Borrower; and no person or entity has any right or option to acquire the Mortgaged Property on any Building thereon or any portion thereof or interest therein.

Other Material Real Property Agreements. No Options. There Except as listed on Schedule 6.22(n), there are no material agreements pertaining to the Mortgaged Property, any Building thereon Properties or the operation or maintenance of either thereof other than as described in this Agreement (including the Schedules hereto) or otherwise disclosed in writing to the Agent and the Banks by the Borrower; , and no person or entity has any right or option to acquire any of the Mortgaged Property on any Building thereon Properties or any portion thereof or interest thereintherein or lease any portion thereof or additional portion thereof or provide services thereat.

There Except as listed on Schedule 6.23, there are no material agreements pertaining to the Mortgaged Property, any Building thereon Collateral Property or the operation or maintenance of either thereof other than as described in this Agreement (including the Schedules hereto) ), PUD zoning documents, any title commitments with respect to the Land delivered to Agent or otherwise disclosed in writing to the Agent and the Banks by the Borrower; and and, except as disclosed on Schedule 6.23 hereto, no person or entity has any right or option to acquire the Mortgaged Collateral Property on any Building thereon or any portion thereof or interest therein.
