All proceedings conducted pursuant to this agreement to arbitrate, including any order, decision or award of the arbitrator, will be kept confidential by all parties except to the extent necessary to enforce the award. EXECUTIVE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT, BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, EXECUTIVE IS WAIVING ANY RIGHT THAT EXECUTIVE MAY HAVE TO A JURY TRIAL OR A COURT TRIAL OF ANY EMPLOYMENT-RELATED CLAIM ALLEGED BY EXECUTIVE.
