Other Medical School Payments. In the case of payments to Medical School under Sections 4.5 and 4.7 with respect to any Licensed Product, Company shall pay only the highest rate among this Agreement and any other Medical School licenses, and that one payment shall be deemed to satisfy the payment requirements for the applicable period under not only this Agreement but each of the other Medical School licenses.
