Except as disclosed to Landlord, Tenant has not, since November 1, 1997, [i] changed its name, [ii] used any name other than the name stated at the beginning of this agreement, or other than names under which Tenant's facilities do business, such as the name of a Facility, or [iii] merged or consolidated with, or acquired any of the assets of, any corporation or other business other than acquisitions of operating facilities.
