Tenant has not, since November 1, 1997, [i] changed its name, [ii] used any name other than the name stated at the beginning of this agreement, or other than names under which Tenant's facilities do business, such as the name of the Facility, or [iii] merged or consolidated with, or acquired any of the assets of, any corporation or other business, other than acquisitions of operating facilities.
