– OTHER NECESSARY COSTS. Any additional costs or fees that may be incurred by SOE in compliance with the Florida Election Code and as a direct result of a municipal election, that are not specified in this Agreement, shall be paid for by MUNICIPALITY at rates and fees as established by SOE.
