Common use of Other Network Element Combinations Clause in Contracts

Other Network Element Combinations. 5.4.1.1 In the state of Georgia, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.1 below: (1) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are Currently Combined; and (2) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are not Currently Combined but that BellSouth ordinarily combines in its network. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.2 below, combinations of network elements other than EELs only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined.

Other Network Element Combinations. 5.4.1.1 In the state of Georgia, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>SouthEast, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.1 below: (1) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are Currently Combined; and (2) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are not Currently Combined but that BellSouth ordinarily combines in its network. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>SouthEast, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.2 below, combinations of network elements other than EELs only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined.

Other Network Element Combinations. 5.4.1.1 In the state of Georgia, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>Xspedius, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.1 below: (1) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are Currently Combined; and (2) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are not Currently Combined but that BellSouth ordinarily combines in its network. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>Xspedius, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.2 below, combinations of network elements other than EELs only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined.

Other Network Element Combinations. 5.4.1.1 In the state of Georgia, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>NOW, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.1 below: (1) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are Currently Combined; and (2) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are not Currently Combined but that BellSouth ordinarily combines in its network. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>NOW, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.2 below, combinations of network elements other than EELs only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined.

Other Network Element Combinations. 5.4.1.1 In the state of Georgia, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>API, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.1 below: (1) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are Currently Combined; and (2) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are not Currently Combined but that BellSouth ordinarily combines in its network. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>API, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.2 below, combinations of network elements other than EELs only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined.

Other Network Element Combinations. 5.4.1.1 In the state of Georgia, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>Preferred, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.1 below: (1) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are Currently Combined; and (2) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are not Currently Combined but that BellSouth ordinarily combines in its network. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>Preferred, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.2 below, combinations of network elements other than EELs only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined.

Other Network Element Combinations. 5.4.1.1 In the state of Georgia, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>E-Z Access, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.1 below: (1) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are Currently Combined; and (2) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are not Currently Combined but that BellSouth ordinarily combines in its network. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>E-Z Access, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.2 below, combinations of network elements other than EELs only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined.

Other Network Element Combinations. 5.4.1.1 In the state of Georgia, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>NEW EDGE NETWORKS, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.1 below: (1) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are Currently Combined; and (2) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are not Currently Combined but that BellSouth ordinarily combines in its network. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>NEW EDGE NETWORKS, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.2 below, combinations of network elements other than EELs only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined.

Other Network Element Combinations. 5.4.1.1 In the state of Georgia, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>Broadslate, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.1 below: (1) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are Currently Combined; and (2) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are not Currently Combined but that BellSouth ordinarily combines in its network. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>Broadslate, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.2 below, combinations of network elements other than EELs only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined.

Other Network Element Combinations. 5.4.1.1 In the state of Georgia, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>Edge Connections, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.1 below: (1) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are Currently Combined; and (2) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are not Currently Combined but that BellSouth ordinarily combines in its network. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>Edge Connections, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.2 below, combinations of network elements other than EELs only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined.

Other Network Element Combinations. 5.4.1.1 In the state of Georgia, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>1-800 RECONEX, Inc., in accordance with Section 5.4.2.1 below: (1) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are Currently Combined; and (2) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are not Currently Combined but that BellSouth ordinarily combines in its network. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>1-800 RECONEX, Inc., in accordance with Section 5.4.2.2 below, combinations of network elements other than EELs only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined.

Other Network Element Combinations. 5.4.1.1 In the state of Georgia, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>U.S. South, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.1 below: (1) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are Currently Combined; and (2) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are not Currently Combined but that BellSouth ordinarily combines in its network. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>U.S. South, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.2 below, combinations of network elements other than EELs only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined.

Other Network Element Combinations. 5.4.1.1 1.3.1 In the state of Georgia, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>ITC^DeltaCom, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.1 1.3.2.1 below: (1) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are Currently Combined; and (2) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are not Currently Combined but that BellSouth ordinarily combines in its network. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>ITC^DeltaCom, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.2 1.3.2.2 below, combinations of network elements other than EELs only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined.

Other Network Element Combinations. 5.4.1.1 In the state of Georgia, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>ZNC, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.1 below: (1) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are Currently Combined; and (2) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are not Currently Combined but that BellSouth ordinarily combines in its network. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>ZNC, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.2 below, combinations of network elements other than EELs only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined.

Other Network Element Combinations. 5.4.1.1 In the state of Georgia, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>NTERA, INC., in accordance with Section 5.4.2.1 below: (1) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are Currently Combined; and (2) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are not Currently Combined but that BellSouth ordinarily combines in its network. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>NTERA, INC., in accordance with Section 5.4.2.2 below, combinations of network elements other than EELs only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined.

Other Network Element Combinations. 5.4.1.1 In the state of Georgia, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>Arrow, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.1 below: (1) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are Currently Combined; and (2) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are not Currently Combined but that BellSouth ordinarily combines in its network. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>Arrow, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.2 below, combinations of network elements other than EELs only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined.

Other Network Element Combinations. 5.4.1.1 In the state of Georgia, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>New Access, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.1 below: (1) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are Currently Combined; and (2) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are not Currently Combined but that BellSouth ordinarily combines in its network. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>New Access, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.2 below, combinations of network elements other than EELs only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined.

Other Network Element Combinations. 5.4.1.1 In the state of Georgia, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>Community, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.1 below: (1) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are Currently Combined; and (2) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are not Currently Combined but that BellSouth ordinarily combines in its network. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>Community, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.2 below, combinations of network elements other than EELs only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined.

Other Network Element Combinations. 5.4.1.1 In the state of Georgia, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>Navigator, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.1 below: (1) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are Currently Combined; and (2) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are not Currently Combined but that BellSouth ordinarily combines in its network. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>Navigator, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.2 below, combinations of network elements other than EELs only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined.

Other Network Element Combinations. 5.4.1.1 In the state of Georgia, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>LINEDRIVE, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.1 below: (1) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are Currently Combined; and (2) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are not Currently Combined but that BellSouth ordinarily combines in its network. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>LINEDRIVE, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.2 below, combinations of network elements other than EELs only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined.

Other Network Element Combinations. 5.4.1.1 2.1 In the state of Georgia, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>BroadRiver, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.1 below: (1) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are Currently Combined; and (2) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are not Currently Combined but that BellSouth ordinarily combines in its network. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>BroadRiver, in accordance with Section Section 5.4.2.2 below, combinations of network elements other than EELs only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined.

Other Network Element Combinations. 5.4.1.1 In the state of Georgia, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>Knology, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.1 below: (1) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are Currently Combined; and (2) combinations of network elements other than EELs that are not Currently Combined but that BellSouth ordinarily combines in its network. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to <<customer_name>>Knology, in accordance with Section 5.4.2.2 below, combinations of network elements other than EELs only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined.
