Other Notifications. Each party shall provide to the other party copies of any notices it receives from Third Parties regarding any patent nullity actions, any declaratory judgment actions, any alleged infringement of Program Patent Rights or any alleged misappropriation of intellectual property with respect to Program Technology, Program Materials or Products. Such copies shall be provided promptly following receipt thereof.
