Common use of Other Operations Clause in Contracts

Other Operations. Subject to the governance responsibilities exercised by the Council, PHSKC and the HCHN shall conduct the day-to-day operations of the HRSA Scope of Project. Such operational responsibilities shall include but not be limited to: i. Applying for and maintaining all licenses, permits, certifications, accreditations, and approvals necessary for the operation of the HRSA Scope of Project; ii. Compliance with the terms and conditions of the Grantee designation. iii. Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, establishment of the HRSA Scope of Project’s operational, management, and patient care policies. iv. Establishing ongoing quality improvement programs. v. Ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Health Center.

Other Operations. Subject to the governance responsibilities exercised by the CouncilCommission, PHSKC HCSA and the HCHN AHS shall conduct the day-to-day operations of the HRSA Scope of Project. Such operational responsibilities shall include but not be limited to: i. Applying for and maintaining all licenses, permits, certifications, accreditations, and approvals necessary for the operation of the HRSA Scope of Project; ii. Compliance with the terms and conditions of the FQHC Look-Alike and/or Grantee designation, as applicable. iii. Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, establishment of the HRSA Scope of Project’s operational, management, and patient care policies. iv. Establishing ongoing quality improvement programs. v. Ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Health Center.

Other Operations. Such operational responsibilities shall include but not be limited to: i. Applying for and maintaining all licenses, permits, certifications, accreditations, and approvals necessary for the operation of the HRSA Scope of Project; ii. Compliance with the terms and conditions of the FQHC Look-Alike and/or Grantee designation, as applicable. iii. Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, establishment of the HRSA Scope of Project’s operational, management, and patient care policies. iv. Establishing ongoing quality improvement programs. v. Ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Health Center.
