Other Parks and/or Recreation. Workers The regular hours of work for other Parks & Recreation shift employees shall consist of eight (8) hour tours of duty. Shifts shall be for no less than five (5) consecutive days on identical shifts, followed by two (2) consecutive days off. There will be sixteen (16) hours between tours of duty.
