Other Participating Entities. 2.1.4.1. Any Special Districts within or exclusively among a combination of any of the Counties and/or Municipalities listed above and/or San Mateo County shall be Participating Entities under the Agreement. 2.1.4.2. Political Subdivisions of any of the Counties or Municipalities listed above or San Mateo County shall be Participating Entities under the Agreement. 2.1.4.3. Additional Participating Entities may be added by mutual, written agreement of County and Reseller.
