The Company shall advise the Licensors as soon as practicable following the filing of any patent applications covering Consulting Services Results and Development Results in whole or in part, and shall provide the Licensors any information that they may reasonably request in such regard. The same shall be deemed Confidential Information (defined below) of the Company.
