Other Performance Default. Tenant fails to perform any other obligation to Landlord under this Lease, and this failure continues for fifteen (15) days after written notice from Landlord, except that if Tenant begins to cure its failure within the fifteen (15) day period but cannot reasonably complete its cure within such period, then, Tenant shall not be in default so long as Tenant continues to diligently attempt to cure its failure the fifteen (15) day period shall be extended to ninety (90) days, or such lesser period as is reasonably necessary to complete the cure;
