(i) Real Properly Taxes (See Section 4.02); (ii) Utilities (See Section 4.03); (iii) Insurance Premiums (See Section 4.04); (iv) [RESERVED]; (v) Maintenance, Repairs and Alterations (See Article Six) and as to all such items see Section 1.09. The aggregate of all items described in this Section 1.08 (b) is sometimes referred to in this LEASE as the “OPERATING EXPENSES”.
