Common use of Other Permitted Remedies Clause in Contracts

Other Permitted Remedies. Beneficiary and the Lenders may refuse to make any advance to, or issue any Letter of Credit for the account of Borrower or Trustor. Beneficiary and the Lenders may exercise any and all other rights and remedies available under the Loan Documents and applicable law, including, without limitation, the right to file applications to change, and to exercise all other rights and remedies available under applicable law with respect to, all water permits and rights relating to the Property; provided, however, that, notwithstanding the foregoing or any other provision contained in this Mortgage, the remedies provided by this Mortgage shall not include the right to take any action that violates applicable Gaming Laws.
