Countrywide will process such accumulation plans, group programs and other plans or programs for investing in shares of the Trust as are now provided for in the Trust's current prospectus and statement of additional information and will act as plan agent for shareholders pursuant to the terms of such plans and programs duly executed by such shareholders.
