Other Products Claimants. Settling Covered Other Products Claimants are eligible for two separate compensation options, each of which is mutually exclusive: (a) the Expedited Release Payment Option OR (b) the Medical Condition Payment Option. The eligibility criteria and documentation required to qualify for each of these compensation options are specified in the Claims Resolution Procedures.
