Other Professional Activity Clause Samples

The 'Other Professional Activity' clause defines the rights and limitations regarding an individual's engagement in professional work outside the primary agreement. Typically, this clause outlines whether and under what conditions a party, such as an employee or contractor, may participate in consulting, teaching, or other employment unrelated to their main role. For example, it may require prior written consent before taking on external projects or specify that such activities must not conflict with the primary obligations. The core function of this clause is to prevent conflicts of interest and ensure that outside commitments do not interfere with the individual's duties under the main agreement.
