On each day of this Agreement, you and the Guarantor promise us that: (a) you will not change your name, ownership, authorised persons or contact details without giving us at least 14 days’ prior notice; (b) you will promptly give us any other information about yourself, your business, your financial condition or the Goods that we reasonably request; and (c) you will provide us with any information or documents we may require from time to time for the purposes of Regulatory Compliance.
