Other Proper Corporate Purposes. Upon receipt of Proper Instructions, make or cause to be made, insofar as cash is available for the purpose, disbursements for any other purpose (in addition to the purposes specified in paragraphs 4F, 4G, 5D, 5E and 5G of this Agreement) which the Fund declares is a proper corporate purpose.
